Guidelines & Eligibility
The Unit Manager credential is earned through merit, leadership maturity, and adherence to company compliance. Review our baseline requirements below before submitting your application.
This Program Is For You If:
- ✓You have been an active AU World member for at least 3 to 6 months in good standing.
- ✓You consistently achieve personal product retail sales and understand the Gold Path.
- ✓You have informally guided or onboarded newer affiliates and demonstrated patience.
- ✓You are committed to attending all 8 weeks of sessions (approx. 4 hours weekly).
- ✓You have sponsor / upline recommendation and endorsement.
This Is NOT For You If:
- ✕You are looking for guaranteed passive returns, get-rich schemes, or zero-effort income.
- ✕You are inactive or have outstanding compliance or cross-recruiting disputes.
- ✕You want a credential/title without doing the practical coaching and evaluation work.
- ✕You cannot uphold the strict prohibition on unauthorized earnings guarantees.

Unit Manager Code of Conduct
1. Zero Income Guarantees
Unit Managers may never promise specific peso yields, monthly returns, or effortless wealth. Presentations must focus strictly on physical gold preservation and consumer product utility.
2. Product Authenticity
All gold products must be sourced exclusively through authorized AU World channels with official Swiss Argor-Heraeus assayer packaging and verification receipts.
3. Team Protection
Leaders must foster a safe, encouraging environment. Cross-group poaching, deceptive recruitment tactics, or misrepresenting official company statements result in immediate revocation.
